The hybrid model of remote and in-office work has made it more complicated to understand the real experience that an employee has with the devices and applications provided by the company. Problems related to Wi-Fi, power sources, and other factors are harder to detect and solve. ServiceNow Digital End-User Experience (DEX) enables IT to monitor and enhance the technology experience that enterprises offer to their employees. DEX gathers, enriches, and processes data from employee devices, and installed/SaaS applications, giving you insights into your Digital Workplace Services and end-user computing estate.

In this lab, attendees will discover how DEX collects data from employee devices and applications. They will learn how this data enables Digital Workplace Services teams and the Service Desk to shift from a reactive to a proactive approach in addressing IT issues, using insights that help resolve issues faster. After this session, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow Digital End-User Experience products and how to implement them effectively in their customer engagements.
