# CMDB Community Members,

The Data Foundations team together with our Global Learning and Development team at ServiceNow, are developing a new CMDB Certification Exam and related training materials. To ensure these reflect real-world roles, we need insights from professionals like you—CMDB Implementers, Administrators, and Architects.

**What’s Involved?** The survey will take only 20-30 minutes and must be completed by November 21, 2024. You’ll be asked to rate exam objectives based on their importance and relevance to your role. Your input will directly shape the exam and the training we provide to future CMDB professionals.

**Why Participate?** Your expertise is invaluable to building an exam that truly reflects the demands of the CMDB role. Additionally, if you’re interested in further involvement, you can express interest within the survey to join the CMDB Exam Development team. Benefits for team members will be discussed at our kickoff meeting.
