Before this update, teams had to **duplicate playbooks** in different languages, creating inefficiencies and inconsistencies. With Playbook Localization, a single playbook can support **multiple languages**, making it **easier to manage, deploy, and scale** global workflows.
### **How to Enable Playbook Localization**
1. **Ensure your instance is on version 27.1 or later**
2. **Enable required system properties** in the System Properties table
3. **Install necessary translation plugins** (e.g., Spanish, French, etc.)
4. **Create and activate a playbook**
5. **Translate UI elements** in the Process Definition Table
