Fannie Mae has a robust AI & Gen-AI program to harness the AI & Gen-AI capabilities in support of our mission and the business. Multiple infrastructure environments are setup to enable and manage a large number of Gen-AI use cases across in-house built innovative capabilities, as well as 3rd party products. Establishing a robust governance & control mechanism has been a big challenge for the program teams. We solved this challenge by leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities.
