The session will be a combination of a workshop (lecture/demo/discussion) and a practical hands-on lab exercise. The workshop is aimed to go beyond the ‘what is AI?’ basics. In the lab they will set up Generative AI for summarization, KB article generation and resolution suggestions. In the workshop you will learn about AI in Action including demos how to set up metrics and governance to measure AI accuracy, adoption and trust. In addition, we will also talk about Data quality prerequisites, adoption tips and leave open floor for questions and discussion.
