Rajeev is a Technical Product Manager with 20+ years of experience spanning startup ventures and large corporations. At ServiceNow, he works on the AI Platform and Solutions team within the Emerging Technology Group of our Digital Technology organization. His primary focus is on leveraging Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and GenAI to elevate employee experiences through personalized recommendations, digital assistants, and pioneering technologies like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) models, ensuring accurate, grounded, and truthful answers are delivered to employee questions.
