Case of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) by a Japanese financial institution

We would like to share our experience of implementing a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) function through user development at a Japanese Financial Institution (Trust Bank). In the Corporate Risk Management Division, we handle IT and Cyber Risk Management. Cybersecurity and Third-Party risks, especially supply chain attacks, are global concerns. Our company considers these top risks and has been actively working on countermeasures. In this presentation, we will highlight our key focus areas in TPRM and provide a case of user development.
