Phase 1 focused empowering employees with a customer-centric approach supporting real-time data and easy-to-understand dashboards and a catalog of requestable services. Phase 2 focuses on increasing franchisee confidence and trust in support services by providing a consumer-grade experience with store-dedicated portals for self-service and integrated telephony.
