Using a pre-formatted spreadsheet and incoming emails, we’ll automate the extraction and transformation of CI data into the CMDB. The session will use Flows, Integration Hub ETL, and Scheduled Jobs. Attendees will engage in a hands-on use case story to implement automated functionality. Designed for administrators and beginner developers.
