AI asset lifecycle management is critical for ensuring AI systems remain compliant, accurate, and relevant, maximizing their effectiveness and value. This session explores how we designed and implemented an AI Dashboard—our internal AI asset lifecycle management application—leveraging ServiceNow's Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Application/Incident Management, Request Management, and AI Governance application to streamline our AI development, deployment, monitoring, and decommissioning processes.
