Josh Levie is the Accenture Federal Service’s Platforms Experience Practice co-lead who has 23+ years of expertise in user experience, data visualization, and user interface design & development. Since ServiceNow’s 2014 Eureka release, he has been instrumental in driving client innovation with the platform. When he's not playing with his Goldendoodle, he leads designers & developers across multiple US federal agencies–providing guidance for a variety of digital applications & interfaces–ensuring they are accessible, intuitive, and easy-to-use for all types of users–enhancing their experience.
