The Enterprise Architecture workspace provides a consolidated user interface designed for different user roles, offering features such as Application Portfolio Management, Technology Portfolio Management, and Capability-based Planning and Modeling. Key capabilities include enterprise modeling and visualization, which allows architects to create and share diagrams and models, a technology reference model catalog, improved portfolio views, and digital integration management. The platform leverages the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) to align architecture design with ServiceNow's data structure, and includes AI-powered assistance with Now Assist for Enterprise Architecture, planned for release in 2025\. This comprehensive solution aims to simplify IT landscapes, reduce costs, transform and innovate business processes, and optimize for scalability and resilience.
