So, with the search search UI in Jakarta the Edit Search Options disappears but here is how you can add a new scoped application to the groups or amend what is already there

Go to /ts_group_list.do and select New

Enter the Name of the scoped app/area you wan the search to relate to and add the role/groups that can access the records, then a description. You'll notice that the Tables Search is uneditable atm, thats ok. You'll also notice before saving the 'Text Search Tables' related list is not viewable, it will be after saving.

Now select New in the 'Text Search Tables' related list section, the search group should already be complete with the group you just created so you just need to add the table and any conditions, like activeIStrue. The Submit.

Now the Table completes and you can try the search
