in this video we'll take a look at the brand new order guide widget and the ServiceNow Kingston release we'll go into the new higher order guide and here is the new SC order guide widget it's completely redesigned and includes a more streamlined checkout experience well go ahead and enter some information and the described needs section and when we click Next we are taken to the choose options tab where we can specify which catalog items we'd like to include in this request one of the great additions to this new widget is the ability to add attachments to each catalog item within the order guide if we would like to remove specific items from our request it's as easy as toggling the switches we'll go ahead and click Next where we're taken to the summary page and here we can see a breakdown of everything that's contained within our request as well as a total price and the recurring price we'll go ahead and click order now checkout and here were taken to the order status page you
