OBJECTIVES:

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs in participation with users and/or departments in analysis, documentation and interpretation of functional business requirements.
• Develops, builds, implements, trains or advises on solutions for users and/or departments based on business requirements including long range planning and following industry best practices throughout the system.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Experience:

• At least 4 years healthcare business process/operational knowledge/acumen
• At least 4 years system utilization
• At least 4 years system implementation/support

Skills:

• Detailed analysis and problem solving skills
• Detailed documentation and training skills
• Exceptional oral/written communication and presentation abilities to users
• Flexibility to influence people user level
• Ability to coordinate methods, techniques and evaluation of criteria across organizational silos in order to obtain optimal results
• Customer service interaction experience while acting as primary liaison for vendors, contractors and project sponsors
• Project/program planning and management best practices
• Experience with ServiceNow Development and Scripting (Java)
• ServiceNow Systems Administrator Certificate encouraged
• Other programming languages are a plus - CSS, HTML, Jelly, Powershell, etc.
