My name is Ahmed Hmeid. I’ve been working on ServiceNow for around four years and enjoy pushing it to its limit. Initially I learnt it while working at Logica (now a part of CGI). Since then I moved on to a ServiceNow partner (Innovise ESM!) and this is where I remain. Working here and being surrounded by excellent colleagues, I’ve really seen and understood what ServiceNow can do.

Along the way I’ve seen some very cool stuff, but at the same time, have seen some very annoying bugs (as with any tool).

The aim of this blog is to show the cool stuff that ServiceNow can do and at the same time save you headaches from some of the more common bugs that I’ve come across.
