ServiceNow Offering Free Exam Vouchers After Successful Training Completion from 1st July'18 for Partners


Thank you for being part of the ServiceNow Certified Community. We value you as our Partner and want to make sure you are receiving all new and exciting information about our training and certification program. As you may know, we are transitioning our training and certification program to more tightly align our training courses into the certification process in order to ensure that our candidates are getting their best practices information directly from us. We have also noticed a drastic difference in the exam pass rates in those who have taken our classes from those who have not.As of July 1, 2018, you will no longer be able to pay for a first attempt of a certification exam with a credit card via the ServiceNow Webassessor Certification website. Instead, each class that precedes a certification exam on a learning path will provide a voucher for free, reducing the overall cost to you by eliminating the $150 initial exam cost. If you are unable to pass the certification exam you will still be able to pay for up to three retakes of the exam at the same price of $75.
