Recertification from London release is free of cost with the concept of delta exams.
As a ServiceNow Certified professional, you know how important it is to stay current on the latest features and capabilities of the ServiceNow products and platform. To help you do that, and to ensure that all our certified professionals are up-to-date without requiring a full exam every year, we are introducing a delta exam process with the London release.
Delta exams are short, unproctored, exams. This means that you will need to complete an online exam for each certification you hold within 90 days of the delta exam release. Each delta exam will be approximately 10 questions that highlight the main components of the product release.
The London delta exams will be released on September 20th, 2018 and will be available until December 19th, 2018 on the ServiceNow Webassessor site. We believe this will be plenty of time to understand the new features and capabilities, using the release and support information ServiceNow provides. All certified professionals will receive an email notification when the delta exams are released and a series of reminders throughout the 90-day delta period.
If, for some reason, you are unable to successfully complete the delta exam within 90 days, your certification will expire and, if you choose to re-certify, you will need to complete the full exam. Delta exams and one retake are available at no cost to current certified professionals through the Madrid release. A $25 fee will be charged for a third attempt. If an individual is not able to pass the delta exams after three attempts, they will need to complete the full exam to keep the certification current. As a reminder, if you are a new certification candidate you will still be required to attend training and pass the full certification and then participate in the delta exam program with the following release.
