Many people have asked for an easy way to publish reports within the Service Portal. And there answer has actually been there, hiding OOB within the instance.

There isn't much magic here besides a plugin called "Performance Analytics and Reporting - Service Portal Widgets". In this short video I will show how to get it up and running in before you can say woohooo (or almost at least.)
