Like any other service management process or program, analytics requires certain tasks to be completed. A critical part of any program is determining answers to these questions:

• In which instance should Analytics content be created and maintained?
• What roles are needed for a good practice dashboard program?

The attached article attempts to identify good practices to employ when building a ServiceNow dashboard program. We’ll provide a recommended approach to roles, responsibilities, and development standards in the platform analytics environment.
