hi everyone and welcome to our quick tip video from me girl on quiz take a did a witch doctor and today or action last week I found something pretty cool afternoon everyone or almost everyone at least really warm and it has been there for quite a while I guess but I haven't actually seen it myself so what am I talking about I'm talking about back up on your personal developer instance yeah that is true it's happening and you might other notes it but you can actually if you forget doing stuff and off to your ten days you wanna yes that's being removed you can actually ask for new instance and let that bomb be restored from the back up so how does it work you probably just go to the developer site you log in then you will have this nice little button let me see here if a school ops are nothing the way requesting a stats if I click on this one oops you normally would see this one and I haven't actually noticed that you have a restoring stats as well so in this case I can click on this one and when I tried you can see that I actually the terminal I did myself just to see if the work at the knife and now I can actually select to restore from this one which is quite nice I have never done it before so let's just and I have no clue how fast it actually do so I'm going to click on up on the hit restore and do some talking we see if it's managed to speed up before I'm done let's hit that one so ok I'll probably get an email when it's back so I guess I won't be talking so much what is happening that it welding is that is being terminated there is actually in the background taking a backup before is being related both if you manually decide to close it or if the 10 days passed you haven't done thing and it's automatically being closed then there's also packet and just a side note as well there might be times when the backup function doesn't work and if it doesn't it's gone so don't depend your life on it working but it's really good to know that the feature exists and it might be say it's a one more lifeline for you to have if you forget it my guess is normally it will work but of course backup is backup it might be messed up so let me just refresh to see if something happened no still waiting so that was my quick tip for today on your PJs you can actually have backups now and restore information from it the backup is taken when the instance is being terminated a hydra manually all by itself and just remember if the backup doesn't work service now can't do as much about it it's just a nice feature of you to have and hopefully it will always work but don't depend on it for your life
