Upgrade to Madrid - request opens in rpt_temp view

After upgrading to Madrid Patch2, we are facing some issues opening the requests from dashboard.
When user opens the request (sc_request) from his dashboard for the very first time, the selected item does not open in default view instead some temporary view is created and opened with. The view name has the the format of rpt_temp [(some GUID)_(another GUID) view]
There is existing problem PRB1344000 for this issue.
As of now no workaround available for the problem.
