ServiceNow Developer - Las Vegas, NV

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas, NV based staffing and IT consulting firm, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a contract opportunity in Las Vegas NV.

* Configure and implement architectural solutions in the ServiceNow ITSM module to meet business needs

* Perform day-to-day support and maintenance of the ServiceNow ITSM module

* Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions for continual service improvement

* Champion efforts to maintain ServiceNow industry best practices within the Service Center

* Monitor system stability and performance metrics to prevent service degradation or interruption

* Participate in day-to-day interactions with client management and interface with senior management

* Develop, document, and provide feedback on processes, workflows and standard operating procedures for service center

* Develop and present presentations to customers, prospective clients, and company senior leadership

* Identify opportunities for and implement service improvements across all functional areas (e.g., training, knowledge management, documentation, service center processes)

* At least 3-5 years of installation experience as a ServiceNow developer, including ServiceNow IT service management (ITSM) experience

* ServiceNow system administrator certification

* Experience with enterprise and multi-facility ServiceNow installs

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Superior analytical skills with an ability to solve problems

* Advanced knowledge of service center and help desk operations

* Broad understanding of IT concepts, development practices, and architecture

* 40 hours per week, overtime as needed

* This role is on-site; remote work is not an option unless otherwise specified.
