Recently the best practice delivery materials for Partners has moved to the Partner Success Center. To find those delivery materials, you can follow the steps below. After accessing, you will also see a link in the "Recent Spots" section on the Partner Success Center.

1. Access the Partner Success Center from the Partner Portal
2. Click on “Content” from the left hand nav of the Partner Success Center home
3. Scroll down to the “Categories” section on that page. Within Categories, click on “Partner Delivery Materials”
4. For the HRSD materials only, you can select the “HR Service Delivery” filter in the left hand nav
