While SAP Ariba Spoke is now supporting a good number of exciting REST-based actions to integrate between ServiceNow and Ariba via Integration Hub, it still provides the option of using the traditional file-based CSV actions to support different integration needs. Starting in Xanadu platform version, Integration Hub has introduced an enhanced “Zip” step to allow customers to unzip certain SAP Ariba CSV file headers more elegantly and directly, instead of relying an intermediary sFTP server to do the work. So, if you need to use the file-based CSV actions for the Ariba integration, get advantage of this latest feature and consider upgrading to Xanadu and SAP Ariba Spoke v1.7.
