Risk Product Portfolio

You are in the right place if you have entitlements to one or more of these products:

  • Integrated Risk Management turns manual, siloed, and inefficient processes into an integrated, resilient risk program. (Includes Audit, Compliance Case, Policy and Compliance, Risk/Advanced Risk, Continuous Authorization and Monitoring, and Regulatory Change Management).
  • Business Continuity Management and/or Operational Resilience strengthens operational resilience through risk mitigation, crisis management, plan testing, and recovery workflows to better prepare for disruptions or disasters.
  • ESG Management and Reporting expedites data collection, management, and reporting to meet regulatory or internal requirements while complying with global frameworks and regulations, including CSRD, TCFD, and SASB.
  • Third-Party Risk Management establishes a consistent, repeatable, and auditable approach to managing third parties such as vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Privacy Management is used to identify and manage privacy risks proactively, scale data governance across an organization, and adhere to privacy regulations.

We have a wide variety of ServiceNow resources to help you get started. Explore the sites at your leisure to find the right resources for your project. You will want to bookmark the Community and the Customer Success Center as central reference hubs for information and learning. 

 

Peer to peer support. Community (GRC ESG)is the place to ask questions of your peers; explore resources, such as events and forums; and view regular updates on new product features, enhancements, and best practices. Learn from others who have experienced the same issues. (Login required for access.)

 

Best practices for implementation. The Customer Success Center is packed full of best practices and methodologies for implementation and value realization, gathered from thousands of customers. If you want to see best practices, this is the place.

 

Step-by-step implementation guides. The Now Create portal offers step-by-step guides to a successful ServiceNow product implementation, start to finish. This is the place to understand how to set a foundation for your product adoption. (Login required for product-specific resources.) 

 

Product training. Now Learning is a central resource for instructor-led or on-demand training, live webinars, and predefined training paths. To ensure you get the most out of your investment, make sure your team has the knowledge and skills they need to get the most of out of it.

 

Partner portal. The Partner Finder is an easy-to-use search tool for accredited partners by geo, industry, specialty, and helps you identify those with the right experience. We want to get you started with the right partner.

 

Technical documentation. Product Documentation is an online resource that offers detailed information about product technical functionality for each ServiceNow release. This is the place to dig in deep around specific features and functionality.

 

Customer support. Our Now Support portal features a wide range of self-service and live-agent options to help you quickly find answers for issues that arise during your product implementation. Watch for ServiceNow releases and upgrades

If you’re not already on the latest ServiceNow release, we strongly recommend that you upgrade before you go live. By upgrading, you get new ServiceNow innovations into the hands of your users faster, obtain access to the latest performance and security enhancements, and ensure that support is there when you need it. To make your upgrade smooth and successful, visit the release and upgrade page in the Community or consult Product Documentation.
