Feature Shorts: Now Assist Chat Recommendations
[Music] now assist for CSM chat recommendation a new feature in the Xanadu Q3 store release enables agents to instantly generate and rewrite chat message replies so they can respond quickly to customers in a personalized way in this demo the customer George Warren begins a chat with support on the portal the customer service agent John Jason accepts the chat and uses chat recommendation to respond with next steps let's take a look in this demo on the left side is George the customer and on the right is John Jason the customer service agent George starts a chat from his phone via the customer service portal and requests to speak with an agent John accepts the chat and George describes the issue it seems his router is not connecting to the internet John lets him know that he's here to help troubleshoot the issue he then clicks the sparkle button to generate a response using now assist however he'd like to respond with something a little more detailed so he clicks the refine button and selects the elaborate option he compares the two responses and decides the second one is the better option he inserts it in the chat and sends it to the customer the response gives some specific things for George to check and in fact it seems the issue is due to a loose cable John asks if there's anything else he can help with and wraps up the chat with another personalized message and that's how agents can provide more responsive and personalized chat replies to customers using now assist chat recommendation
