We've added generative AI features to docs.servicenow.com, the official product documentation for the Now platform. First up, our generative AI search helps you get up to speed quickly
on ServiceNow products and features. In the search field, enter a query
and add a question mark to the end. In addition to our regular search results, our response to your query is generated to the right. Be sure to let us know what you think of the response. Your feedback is crucial to improving our products and the learn more links underneath the query response give you options to delve into the topic even further. Next up, our code block summarization feature appears with code snippets on API topics. When you click the Explain This Code button, it helps you understand the code by creating a summary of what it will do. And if you decide to use it, you can easily copy it by selecting the copy button. click the summarize button on topic pages to generate a brief overview with the topic summarization feature. This allows you to see if you want to read the entire page, and can save you a lot of time. With AI generated search results and topic and code
