all right welcome everyone thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to join us for this live on service now Community office hours for security operations my name is Sarah wood and I work in the outbound product management team within security operations at service now and I'll be hosting today's session and throughout our monthly office hours I'm excited to be joined by a team of different experts on different office hours uh insecurity operations from service now from this group that you see here and we're all here to answer your questions live and facilitate any sort of discussions around topics that come up that you would like to dive into so before we get started for today's session I just want to highlight that this is really meant to be an open for for you to share your questions and have any discussions that you would like around best practices oric specific topics of interest and we are aiming at 30 minutes but we're certainly open to feedback around the session length and potentially increasing these in the future as well so it's our third office hours and we're we're really interested and curious to know your feedback on the format and whether you'd like specific topics discussed in future sessions so we will have a quick survey that will pop up when you leave the zoom session today and we would love to hear from you there or in the chat so if you do have questions or topics to share you can raise your hand in zoom and come off mute to speak live or you can use the chat or Q&A function in Zoom at the bottom of your screen if you prefer to stay muted and we're not recording or sharing the content from today's session so the idea is to really encourage open conversation and keep everything that's discussed here confidential and we're not planning to cover any forward-looking statements but just in case will show that our standard Safe Harbor notice does apply to this session so before we get started we'll just give you a moment to consider any questions that you might have or want to discuss and we can give you a chance to collect your thoughts and put those into the Q&A or raise your hand um and we'll and we'll get to them but I also want to just um share with you something really exciting uh that is our connect Symposium just bring that up here for you uh so this is a really exciting opportunity for security operations customers it's our first annual inperson event that's exclusively designed for Z Ops customers so it's the connect security Symposium it's happening at our headquarters in Santa Clara on September 24th and 25th so about six weeks or so away and and we'd love to have you join us so you can scan the code there and we'll share the link in the chat and I'm just gonna I'll drop that in the chat as well feel free to check it out and register and again this is really designed for you to share knowledge and best practices there's different technical Focus sessions like Labs there's also more business oriented sessions and Keynotes really exciting Keynotes that we'll be announcing more details on agenda later this week so check it out we'd love to have you join us going to come back to the questions but
