Hello All,One of my struggles has always been the 1 on 1 with my manager and trying to figure out what to talk about and I often resort to rattling off a list of things done, similar to a standup.

and it got me thinking again. I'd like to get your thoughts on How you make the most of your 1:1s. Do you even have 1:1s?I guess I'd trying to make mine more effective, so I'd like to see how others approach theirs.
