Platform Analytics Academy - August 7th, 2024 - Exporting Visualizations in Platform Analytics

Import · Aug 08, 2024 · video

[Music] good morning good afternoon good evening wherever you may be welcome to platform analytics uh Academy session on Wednesday August 7th so we greatly appreciate everybody that has joined so quickly I'll just kind of go through some logistical information and then we'll get directly into our content and demo that we have lined up for you today which is going to be some really great stuff so as usual this is always for you that's the reason why we do this we try as best we can to bring fresh ideas and better understanding and practical guidance so um hopefully we'll be able to do that again today this is being recorded it will be out on the community and our YouTube channel uh later on today or tomorrow morning um so please feel free to sit back and enjoy uh because it will be available for you uh later on to watch again if you need to please ask questions but if you could utilize a Q&A that would be great we do have uh panelists outside of our actual speaker and presenter excuse me that are here today so if they can answer the questions via type they will do that uh we get we will get to the questions that are correlated with the uh content that we're covering today first um if there is a question that is relevant to where we are in the content we will stop and ask that question of our presenter uh if it is a question that is unrelated to anything that we're covering today and it can be typed out one of our panelists will definitely do that or if we can get to it at the end if we have time we can do that as well if we do not get to those particular questions please feel free to ask those questions in the community and tag um myself and uh next let's see Safe Harbor I don't necessarily know if there's anything in here today but we always like to make sure that we mention this so uh Please be aware and make decisions accordingly um around the Safe Harbor notice that we are displaying it for you uh I am Thomas Davis and today we have Daniel uh live is going to be presenting he's going to be talking to us about exporting visualizations in platform analytics so super excited about this uh we do have Dan Kane on as well my counterpart and we have Marta and we also have Tara I think maybe Olga is here and shushma if she is on as well uh so welcome to everyone we have quite a few panelists so super excited so this is an opportunity for you to definitely ask some questions um and again we're going to be talking about exporting visualizations in platform analytics which is super exciting and something that we have been excited about actually showing and has just gotten better and better with every release so with that Daniel if you are ready you can definitely take over and we can get going sure thanks thanks Thomas yeah I'm gonna get started with a short presentation to kind of introduce everybody to uh what we're talking about here um I know this uh I think this Academy session was originally titled exporting dashboards um but we're specifically going to be talking about their visualizations um and their export and specifically around telling stories through the new scheduled export interface that we've built uh inside platform analytics I've got a safe harbor notice just like Thomas had there will be a little a little Easter eggs a little couple of things that are coming up that I'm going to mention um but I'm going to try keep it to functionality that you can already use today uh on your existing instances uh stuff that's been available essentially since Vancouver so uh I wanted to set a good foundation about what is export for anybody who's new here or anybody who who hasn't been around for too long um since uh going back many many many years we've had the ability to convert the content that lives inside of your instance namely dashboards and reports uh to data formats that you can use outside of your instance um and those formats usually are PDFs jpegs pngs um and that ability has kind of continued into platform Antics we are now just talking about day visualizations and um some customers use this to make a snapshot of day in time some customers use this to share it with other people um and it's important to note that we have two different forms of export namely uh on demand export and scheduled export today I'm going to touch a little bit on on demand but we're going to mainly spend a lot of time going through the new scheduled export UI um so important things to note is how do you find scheduled export in inside platform analytics uh and over here I've got two quick ways so inside the visualization designer which you'll also see during the demo we have a a link to both export and scheduling as well as you can find the schedule export list under platform analytics in the big all top level navigation and then lastly before we get into the demo I want to kind of highlight um some changes for people who've been experienced with the coreui export and scheduling that we've made into into uh platform analytics and that is that in in the past our export UI was kind of broken up with a specific UI for dashboards and a specific UI for reports and then scheduling was limited primarily only to reports and it was a single export you you interface for a single report there was a way to kind of tie reports into each other um but was quite complicated and and not really intuitive um and in platform analytics we've unified this into a single UI and that single UI is what we're going to be building all of our scheduling capabilities on in the future so with dashboard export coming uh in Yokohama release um and that's what the safe haror is about that dashboard export is going to integrate into the same UI that I'm going to be demoing today and you'll be able to to combine the elements together in that UI so with that I'm going to head out into the demo portion of this and uh we can get get started so over here I've got my instance set up and uh just the Q&A out the way and um I've prepared a demo dashboard on this instance named the instant overview and inside this demo dashboard we have um kind of trying to represent some kind of incident tracking that you might have at your at your company or hopefully you can find this analogist to um the kind of uh dashboards you build but we've got a number of you know the current p1s from today high impacts uh incidents that were opened over the last couple of days um of varying criticality and then we've also got things like you know who are top performing agents um who are some people we might need to look at and and pay more attention to as many agement um our trend of closing reports and then at the bottom here we've got a list view of currently all of the the open incidents for the last couple of days now the the objective of the session and the demo is to um show you how to take this dashboard and turn it into a scheduled weekly report that has Rich content that you can share internally with say your management team um an important thing about how we're doing this today is that every visualization that we're going to use inside of our schedule export UI needs to be a saved visualization so over here we can see them titled when you're in edit mode to save their visualizations and you can see here we have the option to unlink them which we can do but we can also link them to the library so if you're wanting to have a a day visualization that's inside your dashboard that you're wanting to do this with you can go into the three dot menu here and just add them to the library and you can give them a quick name like today's p1s and I'll call this new because I already had one saved and it will then immediately save it as a save data visualization with our save data visualizations we can then go and open them into uh the visualization designer which is how we're going to start our entry point for scheduled export so once we get into the designer you'll see that entry point that I highlighted to earlier for exporting capabilities inside platform analytics um I'm do a quick Showcase of like the on demand export uh for anybody who's not familiar with it so we've got the stand options that you would have expected from COI some page size options as SW some orientation and file size options and then we've got two options here Below download file and send via email this send via email is the same functionality that you're going to see in the scheduled export UI except it will only relate to a single report so this is still an on demand job but you have the same function to make a rich uh piece of content around the report that you're going to send type in an email address and a subject and send it off but uh if you want to go on demand and just take the file locally you can just export it here and uh in a couple of seconds it will be ready for me to download like that and I can open it up and show it here and here is the single score but for today's use case we're going to want to schedule these and this is going to open us up into the new scheduling UI that we delivered in Vancouver and it's like I said earlier the UI that we're going to be building all of our scheduling capability uh into the future so in here I've got the data visualization I was on today's p1's new but I'm going to add a couple additional ones that were from my dashboard so I've got I want to throw in the incidents um that were closed in the last week and I want to throw in uh my top closers in the last week as well as uh my current open incidents for the last week and then lastly I want to pull in that list from the bottom incidence in the last seven days and you'll see how because this is a list we get much fewer options um we can just choose between Exile and PDF and uh attach it to the email whereas for the actual day visualizations we get all those standard options that I showed you earlier for these though I'm W to have them all be embedded as pngs inside my email and uh the reason for that is I want to tell a story around these charts and not just send them as blank attachments to an email and hey hey look at attachment one look at attachment two um I want to give extra context to these data visualization when I send them out so normal scheding I'm going to set my recurrence to Monday at 8: a.m. I want this to go out then every time and we're going to send this to our instant management team weekly instent report and then I'm going to get into the new composition UI email composer that we've got here and you'll see here in the email composer each of mine pngs are showing up here in this email with this placeholder template and the title underneath them and you can see here we've got the attachment for our list view as a normal attachment and the rest have been marked as embedded so I can see here that this is going to just be a normal email attachment while the rest here are going to be um set up as embedded pngs and now now I have this opportunity to use the tools here inside this Editor to tell a story around these data visualizations right so for example you know you open it up how you normally would uh something like hi management team manage team um you know as we start the new week um want to take a moment to highlight how we did with incidents last week and then we've got you know the classic uh uh editing capabilities that we have with all of our tiny MC editors um here so I can bullet I can shift things around um but insert a table necessarily highlight some things but for for my story I'm going to tell I'm not really going to these too much but I just want to make sure that everybody knows that these options are there if you want to if you're somebody that likes to highlight some things or change your font colors uh and so on um that being said so let's talk about this First Data visualization that we have up here um right the current number of p1s from the last 24 hours that we should look at tackling this morning is below and uh um let's get you know these back down as soon as possible then we can move on to talking about the people who did well last week right our top closers um but you'll see here that our top closes in the last week is below our instance Clos in the last week and we want to move that around so I'm going to just drag this up here and it's important that I pull the title with it um so that I can identify it and now this one's been moved further up and uh uh can write a little short blur about this take Just moment as always to highlight our top five case closes last seven days team did a great job as always and then we can fill in a little bit about the incidence that we closed in the last week um I have included graph showing the daily breakdown of our incoming incidents so that we can get clean picture of uh areas that we may need additional fcus for example and then lastly we can uh talk about uh oh these are the closed ones sorry I put this in the wrong place we'll leave that down there and we can talk about closing them um uh the team has done a great job closing incidents in the last seven days uh here is a breakdown of how many we close day to stay up to date on our velocity velocity and then at the end here we've got a a graph showing the daily breakdown and then we can end it off nicely with uh uh for your reference please find the detailed list of incidents attached to this email uh you should further questions and I'll end off with a kind regards Daniel so now we've built out you know a story around the content inside of our dashboards um provide some additional context to why we're including these things with a short write up and we've got that now stored in the email section of our scheduled report um as always the flags that we had and call UI to send everything as a zip file for the attachments as well as a conditional uh runner for this type of job right maybe I don't want this to run if there aren any incidents right now for example I can script that in here and I can also just call a if no records which will not run if if these don't have any records associated with them but I'm happy with this the way it is so I'm going to give this a nice weekly incident report as a title and save it Che and don't worry about that that's uh we have a system that checks that these are all embedded quickly correctly and uh it will refresh and put them all in the uh figure out it's all in the right place um it's a little can be a little up and down but um I can ass show you they all in the right place and then we can do a quick test send of these with the send now button it's going to go off to our export uh servers um in Yokohama well around this time frame we're actually delivering an improved export server I know from the cases that live of you are running into reliability issues uh with export and we've done a lot of work that we're going to be shipping out soon to fix that um and we'll also be making sure that those changes are picked up for zandu in Washington customers as well um this demo is using that new more reliable uh exporting uh pipeline endpoint uh however you want to call it for this um but then at the end you'll see we got a whole bunch of of emails we're going to wait for our email to come through I have one from when I was testing this uh earlier today that I can show you in the meantime but we can give it a little more time to generate all of those visualizations hey Daniel so while that's actually running through maybe we can just ask a quick question here so is it is it possible to or can you are there templates can you create templates around this so you know you you can select that like if you know that you're going to do this quite often maybe you can generate templates when it goes into actually creating that uh scheduled email um we have no templating system per se but the E if you want to get super technical in into how this all works um the email section is stored uh that's the wrong table is stored separately to the rest of the configuration which means that you can reuse it so if you go to this table par notification email this is just the email part that we composed for our report so you've got a subject you've got your recipient and you've got the email over here and this can now be thrown into any SK sched job in the email field so here is the actual sched job and you see here it just has a reference to an email so you could uh recreate those emails potentially as templates and reference them from here but then you're going to be doing that at the table level instead of using the UI to achieve that um which is I think quite a bit more advanced but for the the uh user who wants to tackle it it's it's theoretically possible uh to go about to go about doing it yeah okay great thank you is the current report scheduling functionality going away um yes in the sense that we are M we having a we have a big migration project to move customers away from coreui reporting and dashboards um right now from Washington there is an opin migration and I believe from Zur it's a forced migration so from Zurich you'll be in the new scheduled export UI um with the old scheduled export functionality essentially no longer being available uh for you if that answ the question yeah safe har we might we yeah but the the migration is available from Washington uh inside your instance and you should probably be preparing for it if you haven't yet um there's a migration center link here um CSV for lists um I believe that Marta's been actually doing some typing with that so I don't know if Mar if you want to come off mute and just kind of finish that up real quick if you want uh yeah so we don't have currently the support export for to CSV uh I know that from the list as the option to export has always been Excel and CSV especially also from the list report that's not a functionality that the current uh list component that we have as part of the platform analytics dashboards has uh but we are um collaborating with the Lis te that owns the component itself that we are using in the dashboards to understand how those functionality can be surpassed again and then I probably we will discuss internally on how like any other that visualization could be exported to CSV if um if it's a request uh yeah and then I think step Rogers has a question about exports versus uh export sets yeah these are different to export sets um this is about yeah capturing the data visualization themselves um or capturing the output of your list report themselves um this isn't a good way to mass move data around but rather is a way to share the reports on your data I think is the base way I would describe it um and you you're not going to ship 600,000 rows that being said the way we do our list reports goes through a list exports is the same mechanism that you would get from this list view so if I go here and I say export and I say to XL or to PDF we're we're using the same backend system identical so um same over here for PDF but uh in terms of like export sets that's a different processor to the ones that we're using um and so to kind of safe Safe Harbor but to to add to what Mar said if as long as this supports CSV we can also decide to uptake it and add it into the UI it's um since we're using using the their processes and everything for this uh to answer mark mander's question uh if I create my story around reports in the email on a use M if no data it will not send the text it will send nothing so if all the reports come back with no data it will send nothing um if you want to get a bit more in depth around that you can write a conditional statement which will execute as well and it's either once again it will send back it will either not then continue with the report if that fails or it will but it won't just send back text and yes to get to Amy's question can we show the email um here it is in the outbox so uh it's been waiting for actually quite a while here we've been talking about six minutes um so here we've got the incident PDF that is blank cuz I don't have a shared service for list export but um as the attachment but then you'll see inside the email as a result we've got our embedded data visualizations so these are all referencing societies here um that point to our attachments and if you go into the S attachment table you'll find the images right that we generated for each of these um and then these will get sent in with your we get linked as the embed pgs and then these get sent in and if you want to see what they look like we can pull one up here I think I need to share more than just uh my screen so you can see it but here it is here for open incidents last week and we can pull out the top closes one for last week as well open it up drag it across and uh you can see it there and so these will be thrown into the emails with links that's how the embedding worked in coreui and we've kept it the same for for next experience Daniel can you click on the previous tab the the preview email and that the one you had the this one yeah there below there is a preview email link oh I haven't seen us it's a bit more rhym I haven't seen us in a long time um it looks like it hasn't switched out the placeholders but we'll uh I'll address that we'll address that but you can see them here in the in the preview email link great any more questions we've got one from from another one from Mark can I use email scripts in these notifications to be more Dynamic that can do some validation before send it for example check on an instance uh yes you can so in the conditional section I'll go back to um the scheduled export UI the list view we have here [Music] um and uh open up one of these here so in the conditional section you can script anything so in here you can write a validation that you only want this to send um bar what Glide record new I do not know why my cursor keeps being pulled to the left but I think it's got to do with Grammy record in incident gram where did I turn gramy off it is becoming a big problem for me here in and uh you can then script out the rest that you want to script out I'm not going to fight with gry today um with it trying to uh mess me up a little bit um but then this will execute when you try and run your job what roles are required to see the email and the beded reports uh to create the email you need the par schedule role to create this um this is the replacement for I think the report schedule role had in the core UI um to see the embeded reports anybody who gets sent the email so whoever you put in this recipient box it can be a specific user uh like Fred ly but you can also type in a email address to get all three um long one from Steph Rogers yeah I think it's more of a comment he was he was yeah um I think we'll we'll keep in mind on the CSV side um and and see if we can put it in cool any other questions here's an opportunity so if you have questions please ask questions um if it's related to the content that we cover that's great but if you have other ones we do have uh a bit of time so here's a great opportunity for you ask some questions and we have a great panel on so uh can you demonstrate an on demand yeah I can actually let's give that a try um I'm running on my local instance but we can uh open up a data visualization I think the name of our list one was incidents in the last seven days which is a list report can do it on demand export to EXL and give it a go uh to schedule daily it's a drop down in that option so you have everything from um weekly monthly periodically uh Once On Demand business calendar are all the options as well as daily um see X it does not like my attachment Society let's go find it I am running I should note I am running like my local development instance for this demo we usually don't do that but the reason I am is because getting an export server right now for demo instances is a bit complicated because it's a um shared service we take care of to make sure it's always available for your production instances but internally they it's much easier to wire it up if I do it locally um so I'm not sure if I have I am running like development track for here but it seems like the xr1 is not happy on my development truck but it would be the same as uh I showed there's follow up on this one uh Daniel it's like daily but only on weekdays can you skip weekends you can do the conditional approach conditional in the conditional decide if day today is not a week day then skip yeah that would be my recommendation for that is to go conditional so in the daily we just have time but with conditional you can script anything to say um uh yeah if today is not a weekday don't do it or you could use a business calendar depending on how you set it up um you can also use the interval to do it every couple of days um [Music] um Can short list be embedded no lists do not support embedding um because we cannot export lists to pngs and we can only embed pgs in the email list only support EXL and PDF uh that's why um the scheduled report jobs are migrate when we migrate the data visualizations that uh are underneath them so if we migrate your dat visualization we migrate the scheduled report job from it to the next experience and then this will replace them I think we've done that one we can CH we can kind of just go from the top down and see what we can get uh done so I know some other ones are being typed out so um if you export a file in Excel format and it's 10 megabit why is CFB approximately 40 megabit I yeah I don't know that's a great question for Microsoft I think yeah yeah I don't know that we can give that um um anybody else have any idea before I I yeah again I think that's probably a Microsoft question does zandu contain n or the parts or any part of N I don't know who wants to talk about that we have some limited program uh with a few customers it's not generally available yet um can any Cas score cards export to CSV or XL indic Cas scores uh we're working right now we don't have any export for them um but we are working on it hopefully in Yokohama or zerx Safe Harbor as always we will have a proper export output for indic scorecard um to a pay format which we can then hopefully either do to to EXL or PDF I think we're going for PDF first um but we'll uh we'll keep in mind that everybody likes Exel and CSV as well um so the conditions on scheduled export offer sending the report or can they create variables that you can use in text of the body uh they're for send therefore for executing the job so the condition system runs before the job is ex executed um so it's essentially to script whether or not you want the scheduled report to run at all um and it is not a generic templating system to kind of put content into the email I think personally I think that there's definitely going to probably be something like that at some point but it's not on our road map right now um I think the use case for is very strong personally myself um moving on is scheduled export captured in an update Set uh no it's not it does not it's not metadata technically um I don't think I can double check actually um looking at the table structure in one second but I'm going to go with off the top of my head scheduled export does not is not metadata which means that it will not naturally be captured and update set and so you can't ship it between instances um but I'm going to double check no they don't they are not metadata so you Cann capture them in update sets um heat maps and pivot tables appear to be problematic for us on the performance level um I would like by performance you mean they take long to export Gareth or um um they take long to just render in general uh if you may be typing in the chat about that I haven't seen anything from Gareth about performance on pivots and heat Maps um John KY asks what's the simplest way to pull all my data together to create a Consolidated view um data visualizations you can combine multiple data sources into them that would be my recommendation for that um so if you have a data visualization in a dashboard this tab if you have a day visualization in a dashboard like the one that was using you can go into them and you can add multiple data sources in this data source panel here and you can then start combining data together into a Consolidated view if that's I hope that answers your question in the in the way you meant it Bradley is oh Dane's typing that one A's typing that one we're currently watching to them not seeing the ability to export do they hear correctly there so export for dashboards Kathleen is only coming in Yokohama uh as of right now so you won't see it in this UI over here but definitely for data visualizations from Washington you'll from even before Washington from Vancouver you would have an option in data visualization you are here to do exporting and scheduling um and Daniel I think that that GTH actually responded in the chat we have billions of breakdown combinations in some cases heat map pivot tables visualizations render very very slowly even if limited to 10 elements is that likely to be why uh if it's taking long for the actual API to respond there are significant performance improvements coming in yokoh and that also came in zandu to those apis um which may help but we would need to spend time to figure out exactly why your data is taking that long to mod off the top of my head I can just say that we we are doing work to improve the performance of those apis in yokoh and in zandu release um will reports still be available as an application within service now the reporting capability is being um moved to data visualizations um we're trying to bridge all the functionality gaps uh before we force C customers to do a mandatory migration so it's opt in for now while we have those gaps and uh while we once we've bridged all of them uh it will be a mandatory migration and then the old reporting module will essentially be only available to admins at the moment we still plan to keep it for the admins for the portal use cases so if you need to enable a visualization in the portal like report you will still use the the report fality for anything else like for the regular users that should not be available once we move all the customers to the next experience uh somebody asked if our scheduled report is a CSV what will happen when we migrate I have a feeling that if you migrate right now as an opt-in it probably will just default to PDF because it doesn't have anything um when we add CSV we'll probably make it go to CSV um the CSV looks like a migration Gap that we're probably going to have to tackle before we go to mandatory looking at it right now but I can't I can't make any promises so Safe Harbor as always um are there any plans to enhance capability with third party applications for data export and visualization um I'm not too sure if Olo Mar you want to talk about the visualization framework we have with regards to that because it sounds like that's kind of what they're asking for if I should it's for the beta data export for the exports and visualization we are we we are planning to allow um you and partners to uh to contribute visualizations in the future in one of the following releases um so if you there are some visualizations which we don't have but you really want to have maybe they're specific to your industry or whatever your case you have we we are planning to allow that uh about um exporting data um I mean there's different uh integration HS functionality how you can export data on the platform level um we are exploring different options to have easier Integrations with a B tool and everything but there is nothing solid yet we are not sure yet if we want to go this way or not um and then on the export side uh question to what optimizations are planned to reduce the time required for exporting high quality visuals um on the export side we're shipping a new export rendering pipeline in the next coming months um that we're going to try and make available for Washington and zandu customers as well and it is a significant performance improvement over what currently exists for day visualizations um as of right now about two 300% faster um at some point though we're still running up against the limits of how long it takes for us to querry your data and send it over the wire but the data Vis export that we have currently is is significantly slower than it was in Co UI and the new pipeline essentially addresses that um part of it nothing yet anything uh anything else you won't have anything else there's a question about did you say the reports on Portal will be affected you talking like on Ser like on kind of service P reports on Portal will not be affected they are using the peer widget and C reports and they are staying using this one so the we are not touching this they will stay but at least for now on using the reports so they will not be affected think Daniel question for you about error message oh I'm looking at it yeah um yeah I don't know I I have I have seen that where it's in the dashboard tab record there is supposed to be a reference there's a reference field to the to to the page that's being generated um and we've seen a few scenarios and I I'm still still working on figuring out the actual reason of why that's happening and how and the best way to fix it but there's been a few scenarios where even though the dashboard shows up fine the tab shows up fine in the Legacy core UI in the record that goes along with that tab there is no page it's blank that that field that is the reference to the page the the portal page is blank so that's um so that's uh still working on exactly what's the there that's going to hap what's going to happen with that the big question I think is um the and how to think the question how to find like the correct page for reference that I don't have a quick answer on yet that's what I'm actually in the I'm actually researching today for a customer question so this might be you might be asking the question that uh one that was that came up so um I will try to put something out in the community about that since I've heard from three or four different people in the last week that they're seeing something similar so I will try to have a better more thorough answer answer fore here within the next 24 hours but also if you didn't get an answer and don't get it just submit the case task you have support contract for a reason and if you have errors on the dashb just that's the best sometimes it's just you need to jump to see what the problem is that that's right and if there are support cases also really helps us um identify and prioritize if we need to fix something you know if there's any kind of break fixes or errors to fix yeah and I think that those last two uh Daniel are one can you show it again I guess the PDI that they're using is not showing what you showed and then the final product the email is that possible to see that uh so I'm going to for the show to gain one I'm going to start from like the home screen so as an admin this is my like default home screen on my instance uh from the all menu I look for d visualizations uh you'll see it's under Library under platform analytics which means I can also go and search platform analytics and I'll see all my options here as well as the administration menu for admins and then from there I want to go to day visualizations which is this view I and then choose uh I'm going to go incidence I've got lots of options for that uh top closers there you go in the last week which is my pator chart here and then from this three do menu on the right um you've got your two options here either schedule or export so for export you don't need any additional roles to access it you can just choose JPEG and it will split up uh the jpig on the other side uh when it's done and then I actually I'm actually going to see if I can leave it to finish in time otherwise if it's taking a little bit too long we'll move on to scheduling um yeah we'll we'll move on to scheduling and then from the scheduled side you get to the scheduled UI View that we've got you you can also see the report has been scheduled twice with a link to scheduled exports to the list view um to to bring them up and then the last one the output email on uh on my demo instance it's not showing up too great but I've got here in the up box and uh there's this preview email field which is also quite there it is quite small but it's got the output images at the bottom they should be in place of these placeholders but uh on my development instance this swap didn't quite happen as it should um but you've got your text content and these will be pulled up into where these Place holes are essentially yeah and then the attachment on the email is listed here cool I think that that's everything all right awesome thank you uh thank you Daniel uh really great stuff it's always awesome to again highlight some some new things that we have uh that are available for the customers and obviously we got some really great feedback on some very particular things uh today so we will definitely take note of that um as even Daniel mentioned himself so uh really good stuff let's see what just came in the view schedule reports oh he's going to type the answer out to that okay great so for the sake of time we only have a few more minutes here let me kind of just go over a few things here so as usual uh make sure you're checking out the community for really great stuff the recording will be here uh later on today or tomorrow morning probably most likely tomorrow morning um and make sure that you're utilizing now learning where as we always add these additional things uh training gets adding added for these things as well um make sure you're looking at the platform uh analytics enablement toolkit that we have out on the community as well it's a really great place to teach up and also use the same content which is uh small videos and uh power points that you can use within your organization as well um and then two weeks from now uh we're going to talk about what's new in zanadoo as it relates to platform analytics so these sessions are always exciting and really good for everyone to come and check them out so you can see what's uh what's coming in X and we're really excited to um highlight those things to you and then although this is not a deep dive session uh we obviously will have sessions that go deeper based on some of the things that we'll be sh showing in two weeks uh after that session so be prepared for that so uh really great stuff super excited about that and with that thank you as usual thank you for everybody that's coming thank you to Daniel for presenting and uh talking us through all of this and of course all of our panelists that are here to answer questions so thank you all and we'll see you in two weeks
