[Music] he's heard about this employee experience the service sounds really talking about the employee experience when you think about the employee experience it obviously encompasses IT right a lot of you guys are part of that IT organization and also encompasses HR right I now I'm onboarding an employee I need to get them IT equipment I have to manage that full lifecycle but the next piece is where Nivola fits into that story it's all about that you know that really that workplace services if I'm onboarding a new employee to the organization I need to find a desk or a location for them to sit I need to make sure there's conference room to make sure that there's hotel space make sure that the environment is attractive so I can retain and attract not only talent but also my customers but in the end it's all about that employee experience and that customer experience and that's what we're focused on one fundamental architectural thing that we decided to develop was we treat assets and space space to us is also an asset in our minds now it doesn't live in the CMDB but it's an asset to us reason I we say that is space to us we can apply cost against it I can put a department against it I have to do work against it like cleaning floors repainting walls of you know fixing you know items within a room so for us space is an asset just like a physical hvac an elevator and escalator is an asset so that's a fundamental thought process we went through as we think about architecture right this is our space and move planner this allows you to visually actually move people around on a graphical floor plan so when service now actually on boards a new employee actually I'll show that in a second but they actually can see what spaces are available what place can actually place some of us actually to show that now we'll jump to it right here so I can actually see in this view the same floor plan but it with a different lens now I'm actually looking at this lens of who's occupying what spaces and I can see all of my users on the right-hand side these users are all the users in your ServiceNow platform all right so now I can literally sort filter these users so now I literally can drag and drop users to space and if I don't like where that person's sitting I can move morale maybe I want that person to sit there I literally can simulate a move live interactive and plan my moves and when I'm ready for this to be you know done I can actually submit this for approval goes through the workflow engine and then it cuts tickets and tasks to all your various teams right you got you're gonna cut tasks to IT to manage moving the IT equipment which by the way is associated to your user records and ServiceNow already hopefully and then you can also move other assets you'll notice I have an assets tab I can actually move their standing desks there ergonomic share their whiteboard whatever else I need to do sure do yeah a question for the rest of the folks in the room is do you have a hot desking capability or Hotelling capability we actually also have flex work environments right so if you set up an entire zone an area for a flex work environment you can actually literally draw that out and associate people to a flex work environment so I can I'll show that in the demo we also have conference rooms scheduling in hotel scheduling built in also into Outlook you can actually find a hotel space find a conference room so I'll show some of that in the demo today as well so we're gonna cover that one good question [Music] you
