It gives you an overview of ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities, and helps you to build a personalized AI maturity journey on the ServiceNow platform that's aligned with your strategic goals and business objectives.

ServiceNow Experts will start by creating a copy of your ServiceNow instance. They'll run an automated tool on this temporary instance to assess your current automation maturity level and identify automation opportunities. Then, they'll set up an initial 60-minute session with you to discuss your strategic goals and business objectives so they can understand how these automation opportunities line up with your unique needs. In a second 90-minute session, they'll give you a guided tour of ServiceNow AI capabilities using the temporary instance and work with you to build a personalized AI maturity journey. They'll discuss automation opportunities and work with you to come up with an AI strategic action plan. They'll also identify other Impact Accelerators that can help you expedite your ServiceNow AI journey. After the second session, you can also schedule a 60-minute follow-on session to answer any additional questions you have about your AI journey.

Artificial Intelligence Readiness Assessment Accelerator

Once you have mapped out your AI journey, the next critical step is to assess your readiness to adopt ServiceNow AI. That's where the Artificial Intelligence Readiness Assessment Accelerator comes in. With this Accelerator, your Impact Squad works with you to assess your readiness for specific ServiceNow AI capabilities that you've included in your AI journey, such as AI Search, Task Intelligence, Document Intelligence, and the many ServiceNow Now Assist GenAI capabilities that are available. They'll also provide guidance on how to improve your readiness.

To kick things off, ServiceNow will set up a 120-minute introductory session with you to review how the Accelerator works and review your objectives and selected ServiceNow AI capabilities. They'll also provide you with an AI readiness self-assessment that you need to complete for your chosen ServiceNow AI capabilities. Once they receive your self-assessment, your Impact Squad will analyze it and prepare a set of recommendations. They'll review these recommendations with you in a second 120-minute session, discussing your readiness for the ServiceNow AI capabilities you've selected and providing guidance on next steps where required to increase your readiness. Optionally, you can also request a 60-minute follow-on session to address any further questions you have about your AI readiness.

Jumpstart Your Generative AI Accelerator

Now that you have your ServiceNow AI journey mapped out and you've assessed your readiness, it's time to start implementing. The Jumpstart Your Generative AI Accelerator is designed to help you do this specifically for Now Assist GenAI capabilities. It gives you a demo of these capabilities along with technical guidance and best practices for implementation.

ServiceNow experts will set up a temporary instance to demonstrate these capabilities and then schedule a 90-minute session with you. In this session, they will give you an overview of GenAI and Now Large Language Models (LLMs) and do a demo of Now Assist experiences, including the Now Assist Admin Console, GenAI-powered search, code generation, and other selected experiences. They also show you how to activate and configure Now Assist features and provide details on how to use the Generative AI Controller. In addition, they'll give you an overview of how to configure the Sensitive Data Handler and provide pointers to key resources and guides. After the session is complete, you can continue to use the temporary instance for 30 days, and you can also request an optional 60-minute follow-on session to address any questions you have about Now Assist GenAI.

Jumpstart Your AI Search Accelerator

This Accelerator is designed to help you get started with AI Search. It gives you an introduction to AI Search, a demonstration of its features, and technical guidance and best practices for implementation.

ServiceNow experts will create a copy of one of your instances to create a temporary instance. Then, they'll schedule a 90-minute session with you on AI Search. In this session, they'll give you an overview of AI Search along with a demo. They will also go through the AI Search setup process and give you a preview of your expected AI Search performance. You'll also get an overview of AI Search reporting and analytics, along with leading practice recommendations and pointers to key resources and guides. After this session, you can optionally request a 60-minute follow-up session to address any additional questions you have on AI Search and provide additional guidance where required on implementation resources and processes, plug-ins, and performance findings.

TuneUp Your AI Search Accelerator

Once you've implemented AI Search, you can then optimize it using the TuneUp Your AI Search Accelerator. This provides an assessment of your implemented AI Search architecture, along with prescriptive guidance on how to improve its performance.

ServiceNow experts will copy your existing implementation into a temporary instance and assess your current AI Search settings and performance. They'll schedule a 90-minute session with you to go through this assessment and provide recommendations on how you can improve performance to deliver optimized search results. In this session, they'll also cover AI Search architecture and configuration leading practices, explain how to tune AI Search using the synonym dictionary and query roles, and give you an overview of AI Search analytics.
