with our integration with Etha developers can easily get information on specific transactions to help provide details on dispute cases Etha is a fintech that was acquired by MasterCard to build on their robust Suite of fraud management and security products today the Etha Network brings together over 5,000 merchants and 4,000 financial institutions around the world we're excited to partner with Etha consumer Clarity which provides Rich Merchant and purchase information with financial institutions call centers and back office staff by providing this data Etha prevents disputes and improves customer experience so with that I'll show you a demo of this functionality in action I'm going to start our demo from the perspective of the agent the call center agent receives a call from customer Anu Raj Anu wants to dispute two transactions one from E chairs and one from NV Video subscription he says he does not recall purchasing anything from these vendors the agent creates the case in his workspace and inputs the transactions Anu is disputing once this is submitted he goes into the transaction details as you can see all of these detail fields are empty the next step is to verify the transaction details from Etha using this button when you click that button this action automatically gets triggered on the back end as you can see the data I have from the case is already populated here once we run the test we get the response with all the transaction details from Etha back to the agent workspace we can see that all the transaction details have been filled in with this data with these helpful details the call agent will recite them back to Anu to help jog his memory on what the transaction might be related to with the help of these details Anu realizes that he did in fact make this purchase at ethoca chairs as a result our call agent can close the case rather than kicking off the lengthy and expensive process of a card dispute this shows the real value of the new consumer Clarity spoke with Etha thanks so much for watching our demo
