Now Assist for ITOM Overview

Now Assist for ITOM is ITOM’s generative AI-powered application that enhances the AIOps solution. With Generative AI, we are able to improve the alert analysis experience of operators, reduce MTTR of alerts, and empower operators of all experience levels, by generating a response containing an alert briefing, probable root cause, and recommended remediation actions. ITOM is incorporating Generative AI into its features across ITOM AIOps & ITOM Visibility, stay tuned for future releases.

Now Assist for ITOM requires an ITOM Operator Pro+ or ITOM AIOps Enterprise+ subscription. These offerings include Alert Analysis and future Now Assist for ITOM capabilities_._ If you do not already have one of these licenses, please work with your ServiceNow account team.
