This article will walk through how to install and setup Now Assist for ITOM to Enable Event Management users to view alert analyses generated by Now Assist for ITOM.

Requirements

• Licensing for ITOM Operator Professional+ or ITOM AIOps Enterprise+
• Install the Now Assist for ITOM store app

Setup Steps

1. Install/Upgrade Now Assist Admin Console app:
   1. Navigate to All -> System Definition -> Plugins
   2. Search for “Now Assist Admin Console” and upgrade/install
   3. Click Install
2. Install Now Assist for ITOM app:
   1. Navigate to All -> System Definition -> Plugins
   2. Search for “Now Assist for IT Operations Management (ITOM)” (Latest version 1.0.4).
   3. Click Install
3. Navigate to All -> Now Assist Admin -> Features
   1. Select Technology -> ITOM
   2. Click on View details, and click on ‘Turn on’ the “Alert Analysis” skill.
