[Music] let's see a demo of how in the Vancouver release service now customer service management and field service management together drive better plan maintenance of install base Jory seals a Solana customer service agent is responding to a request by consumer Charles Barkley about what is covered in the regular maintenance plan for his Leed X5 sport utility and when the first maintenance is due she accesses the X5 from Charles's install base items with Vancouver she can now view all the maintenance plan details from FSM for the install base item within her CSM workspace under the planned maintenance tab she navigates to work order tasks under the tasks menu which shows the tasks completed as part of the SCH SCH maintenance she then navigates to planned work schedules under the plans and schedules menu and selects the post sale service schedule she accesses the schedule occurrences tab which shows the first service date as December 1st 2023 as Charles is traveling during December he request that the maintenance be scheduled for November 15th instead jod created needs a case against the install base item requesting a change for the service date and assigns it to the California dispatchers group John Jason the maintenance plan administrator and member of the California dispatchers sees the request from Charles in the list of unassigned cases for his group he accesses the X5 from the affected install based Tab and navigates to the same maintenance schedule as Jodi and changes the date for the first schedule from December 1st to November 15th he realizes this particular model requires an additional maintenance plan twice a year to check the battery condition he can create and assign the maintenance plan for field service management right from his CSM workspace without having to access the FSM application separately CSM and FSM together provide a comprehensive view of the install based details and maintenance plans allow admins to drive FSM plan maintenance from the install based context in CSM and help address customer needs around FSM activities quickly delivering higher efficiencies and improved customer satisfaction
