[Music] in the Q2 2024 store release we have made a strategic decision to replace Asian assist with recommended actions our goals are to increase utilization of recommended actions enable the quicker consumption of guidances knowledge and other contextual information in other words we hope to provide an intelligence hub for agents by merging a I search with proactive recommendations let's take a look here we are on the Frontline case page layout in the side panel you'll notice agent assist has been replaced by a new magnifying glass icon taking you to recommended actions clicking on the magnifying glass reveals a panel which has two subtabs suggested actions and search suggested accents can include mixed sources like related cases knowledge or even guided decision trees for example router troubleshooting is a guided decision tree clicking on the search tab is where the magic happens we have integrated AI search into recommended actions this means you can search over different sources like cases incident knowledge Etc but when you select a source like knowledge you can filter further on the attributes or search facets of that entity and when you flip to another source different search facets appear with recommended actions powered by AI search agents can solve cases faster they can quickly identify and execute suggested actions they can perform searches across different sources and filter on attributes or facets of the selected Source check out recommended actions on the new Frontline case page layout today
