Video Shorts: Knowledge Guidance Card
[Music] in the Q2 2024 store release we have greatly improved the knowledge guidance card experience today in agent assist the knowledge guidance card is a bit cumbersome there is no KB number or hyperlink on the knowledge card itself the knowledge card displays only two lines of the article agents have to click into the detailed page to perform actions such as attaching the the article the clickthrough rate from the preview experience was rather low in the M store release we have enhanced this experience the knowledge search is auto triggered by the short description of the case the article number now appears as a clickable hyperlink matching keywords are highlighted in yellow clicking on The View and attach article button you are taken to the detailed knowledge card The Styling and readability have been improved the attached article button is sticky or floats regardless of where you scroll in the panel vertically common action such as reading in full view copying the link marking as helpful or flagging for revision now appear in a predictable location in this release we have streamlined the agent experience improved overall usability and flattened the learning curve for new users
