[Music] in the Q2 2024 store release we're modernizing the CSM workspace for Frontline agents with this release we want to focus agent attention on what matters so that they can deliver Swift and effective customer service our current layout presented some challenges to agents it was overly busy presented lots of data in panels and frames and required excessive vertical scrolling this steepened the learning curve for many agents in this release we are focusing on three primary improvements with the new Frontline case layout we've improved the form layout and density we have anchored common actions into menu buttons and provide modess dialogue to make composing email and comments easier let's take a look here we are in the full screen view of the case detail screen toggling the activity stream you'll notice that the case detail nicely compresses to the left panel in the middle panel we have improved icon styling on contrast of the activity entries you can easily expand compress or flag entries you can quickly filter by post type feel changes or flagged entries and you can even search the activity stream next we have grouped common actions Under menu buttons here we have the compose menu button where you can enter a comment via a dragable modess dialogue you can also compose email via modeless dialogues you can drag and resize copy information from the Bas record to quickly compose an email response using Rich Text of course you can even minimize your draft and work on another case and then retrieve your draft with Frontline case layouts we are modernizing the workspace experience allowing agents to concentrate on delivering Swift and effective customer service
