[Music] all right so what we're going to share here today is dynamic translation for Q&A um I'm going to quickly Baseline on what the experience is for English customers um where customer can submit a query in the portal and also in VA uh and then we'll go ahead and retrieve a result and summarize that for them in the Q&A genius result here um so I'm going to share what this experience is going to be like post May release where we make this experience available for um non-english customers across all service Now supported languages so I'll open up my other window um where a customer is in uh their user session language is in Spanish so I'll go ahead and grab the Spanish translation of that same query I'll submit that and now what's happening in the background is we're finding the relevant Spanish knowledge article to that query sending that to Dynamic translation to translate to English so that it can be used by nowm taking that response from nowm uh and translating that back to the user session language and so you can see we get a result here um in Spanish their preferred language and just to show you what it looks like in Virtual agent I'll open that up here and we'll submit a very similar query and you can see we get a very similar response pointing to the the same uh knowledge article so that's the Q&A experience for non-english customers now with the use of dynamic translation
