service now uh is is a business platform which and it automates a bunch of business processes and if you're just going to have one Lego brick like itsm there's not a whole lot of things you can do with it yeah you can optimize your it like help desk and things like that but when you're talking about full automation uh crossing over businesses business stos departments uh organizational structures like service now is that sort of platform so I mentioned Lego you know service now is like Lego to me the more bricks you have the cooler solutions that that that you can make and we at a are getting all the Legos we are going to use all of service now with the exception of uh project management and uh and devops we have other tools for that but everything else is fair game so that's how we kind of came around to what we're going to be doing with this amazing platform
