Washington DC Release Keynote

We were off to a great start with the Washington DC Release Keynote that took place in the DMV Area (DC, Maryland, Virginia). This event brought together interested locals from a handful of industries who were eager to see live demos of the latest features that arrived with the new ServiceNow Now Platform Washington DC Release. ServiceNow Community members looked forward to networking, making customized souvenirs with Jason, and taking group pictures in the Photobooth powered by ServiceNow NextExperience. Of course, our very own Allen Andreas, 6x ServiceNow MVP, took part in a Community Panel sharing his perspective on ServiceNow GenAI.

This is arguably the most thrilling moment for the entire week of Knowledge! 1x per year we're seated with thousands of people who are all awaiting for the massive updates and announcements to features and capabilities of the Now Platform for the Creator Workflow. Hacktoberfest

During each month of October for the past 8 years, ServiceNow has teamed up to contribute to open-source projects and earn rewards. This month-long celebration of open-source software is run by DigitalOcean in partnership with GitHub and other sponsors. World Forums 2024

We had the privilege of visiting our experts in their local area during the 2024 ServiceNow World Forum. In several locations, Rising Stars and MVPs hosted mini sessions about different ServiceNow use cases that significantly impacted their business efficiency. Some presented for the very first time while others are known session speakers. We thoroughly enjoyed working alongside our experts!
