The Impact Center of Excellence and Innovation Design Accelerator helps you to jumpstart the creation of a ServiceNow COEI in your organization. ServiceNow experts will work with you and your team, providing prescriptive guidance on how to set up a ServiceNow CoEI based on leading practices.

Here’s what to expect from the Accelerator:

• Introductory session (up to one hour). ServiceNow experts will explain the concept of a ServiceNow CoEI and why it’s important to you and your team. Then, they’ll level-set you on the process for the Accelerator and the depth of the deliverables. Finally, they’ll request relevant data needed for the Accelerator so that they can prepare.
• Interviews and assessment (up to one hour). ServiceNow experts will work with you to identify strategic stakeholders who should participate in interviews. Then, they’ll assess the existing roles and responsibilities in your organization and identify any gaps that need to be addressed when setting up your CoEI.
• Review session (up to two hours). Based on the interview data collected, ServiceNow experts will discuss the CoEI design with you, and will also provide additional Accelerator recommendations.
• Implementation plan workshop (up to two hours). Your Impact Squad Success Architect will work with you to co-create an implementation plan for your CoEI. Together, you’ll also outline any risks or resource constraints that could interfere with the success of your CoEI implementation.

As part of this Accelerator, the following outputs will be generated:

• A defined CoEI charter.
• A CoEI design recommendation.
• A roadmap of recommended accelerators to support your CoEI.
