With the May 2024 release of Employee Center, we have introduced a new experience designed for factory workers to self-serve via a kiosk, a mobile device, or shared workstation.
This includes tailored experiences that make it easy to access high frequency use cases such as shift schedule, time-off, getting HR help, or reporting a safety incident. Additionally, it leverages the power of Employee Center Pro’s targeted, personalized Employee Communications to make it easy to inform and engage factory workers.
