[Music] hi Veronica tell me a little bit about what you do and what company you're with um I'm Veronica Ozuna I work for SRP it's a Salt River Project utility and Arizona and I'm a service now developer and I kind of serve as the platform owner too awesome now I'm curious how are you using service now at Salt River Project we actually have a b really big footprint we've got setups HR full itsm you know project management so I it's hard to think of something we're not using actually I'm curious how did you decide on an implementation partner what partner did you choose what were the reasons behind that just so happened they want out an RFP that I stayed completely out of but it's been great cuz it's built like a great partnership and feels like family yeah we've been using them for a few years when you say it feels like family I'm curious about that because the glast culture is amazing both within the organization and even into our customers lives and into their organizations what has it meant for SRP to partner with glide fast how has Glide fast been able to change and kind of morph and shape notely your service now organization but impact your organization well we've partnered with them with across different projects and just being able to have them on site when needed you know a an open line of communication and also we've worked with a lot of different teams there so we've gotten to know a lot of them at the organization it's just been a great relationship and I think that's key to any project we take on yeah yeah relationships are definitely important and I can totally vouch for like relationships can make or break an implementation talk to me about how the expertise of gly fast May stand head and shoulders because you said we Glide fast have gone through a competitive RFP process I'm curious about the level of expertise that you found that maybe you weren't able to find anywhere else can you speak to that there was definitely experience cuz our first engagement was GRC related so having I don't remember the name of the resource but he had worked specifically with utilities and he was like the person that clearly knew how to train us and scope the project and you don't know what you don't know so helped us along that process and just very help something you don't get all the time so having that right resource was key for us yeah I love how you said it about the right resource you were able to be aligned with resources that not just kind of knew the project not just hands on the keyboard but actually had experience implementing a projects similar to your environment with another company and then was able to take those learnings and then apply them to your environment so that's fantastic is there anything else you would like to say about gly Fest and maybe speak to customers who are looking for an implementation partner why they should consider Glide fast as that partner I think one of the key things is just the wealth of knowledge and then just how excited every resource there is to work with you you know so I think at the end of the day having the right people in place has just really been key for our success of our projects awesome okay so final question Veronica Ozuna what is your superpower oh my goodness I don't know I think I'd love to talk I mean look at me I'm standing in line so I like to talk to people and connect with people and um I guess that's it and you heard it right here I'm kie Alexander we're at knowledge 24 and we are here with Veronica the great people Communicator Ozuna let's go [Music]
