[Music] [Applause] yeah Clyde Faz University is a program we started in 2019 where we were Skilling up people who were either uh fresh out of college or uh had had interest in Tech and just like rise up it was actually perfect time with rise up where rise up was getting so many people excited about the service now ecosystem uh and wanted to learn so uh combined with rise up and glide F University was a p as a program where we actually paid people to learn service now it was a three-month program and then eased them onto product uh projects where they shadowed first and then now some have grown into Architects developers truly an exciting uh time is an amazing best-in-class way of going about it people are paid to learn and they're learning from other experts in real life scenarios it's been incredible to watch that program grow it's so important that we continue at PACE and at scale building the competencies the skills of our partners and of ourselves of course too but it's really critical because without that our deployments can't be successful and there's so much promise with the service now platform we need to make sure at scale that we are continuously investing in skills and really working with our partners like Glide fast on some of these incredible Skilling initiatives yeah with rise up with service now we've committed to Skilling up a million people so to have our partners really create these specific programs of bringing in new people people that maybe didn't even consider service now as a career path and showing them that way is essential to our growth as we go forward and so it's so great to see uh Partners like Glide fast really invest in this area build these best-in-class Skilling initiatives because that is going to be fuel for our growth for sure [Music]
