where do you start you know I get to ask this question from cios on a weekly basis Greg where should I get started and I'm like well listen you know people spend about 10 times more on painkillers than they do on vitamins so if you want to help people take away their pain right more than they want to build muscles they want to take care of their pain so every employee at your company's got stuff that's painful about their job every single one from the CEO all the way down to somebody in the mail room if you want to help them and you want to bring them along for the ride and they want to make it so that you're not just giving them more work to do take away their pain and that's how you get people to start to buy into a lot of this stuff
