Getting Customers Ready for Gen AI

[Music] it's really important as we unleash gen to our customers and build it into our products that everyone is aware of what it's capable of in some ways we had to create education that was really around what is the vocabulary of generative AI because it was kind of a black box to some people but then we had to quickly add in the de more deeper Technical Training as well so if you on now learning there's introductory and more advanced training on that but it's also a big movement of getting our customers to move to Pro because they have to have Pro in order to get gen so really a lot of the initiatives are not just specific to gen but how do we help our customers through our partners understanding all of the steps that they need to take and having the right education plan for it soon as glidefast saw the rise of AI we immediately sprung into action we hired an AI team and we started developing products to help us not only run our business internally and also support our customers so we were so excited about our first AI product called agile genius and what it does it's really supporting us on implementation so instead of just uh you know spending clerical time on writing stories writing themes writing epics agile genius allowed us to save a lot of time on that clerical data entry you know converting Workshop notes into themes and epics and it's and it's allowed us to automate some of that process which is averaging a 25% time saving on implementations for customers [Music]
