service now has an incredible new partnership with Visa focused on disputes today we'll be discussing the Visa spoken integration that will enable the efficient and effective servicing of disputes first I'll show you the many actions we've built and then we'll jump into a demo the integration we've built connects to Visa's voll platform Visa resolve online is a dispute resolution platform that helps issuers and acquirers manage the dispute life cycle users of voll May retrieve transaction information online report fraud and much more we have over 80 actions built out to connect to the voll suite specifically to order insights rapid dispute resolution and Visa risk-based autod dispute apis this integration will greatly improve efficiency for agents processing disputes with Visa next I'll show you what all this means in action customer Brian Lara disputed a transaction he didn't recognize on his credit card state stat shown as ssc2 for $20 our dispute agent Sam gray creates the case and begins to log the initial case info as we move to the disputes details and choose the account you can see here service now automatically detects that Brian is using a Visa card this informs The Next Step which is the dispute questionnaire where the agent asks the consumer specific questions from Visa that will inform the reason code for the dispute next under verified disputed transactions we are connected to Visa's disputes platform voll here I'll show you the power of the order insights API to avoid an un necessary charge back as you can see these Merchant info fields are currently empty the next step is to verify the transaction from voll here this calls the order insights API to fill in these details back to the agent workspace we see Merchant description name and location Fields have been filled in from order Insight showing that the charge was for sunny streamer a streaming service with these helpful details the disputes agent will recite them back to Brian to help jog his memory on what the transaction might be related to with the help of these details Brian realizes that he did in fact make this purchase of a new streaming service to watch a particular movie he was interested in and was charged a $20 subscription fee as a result our disputes agent can closed the case rather than kicking off the lengthy and expensive process of a card dispute thanks so much for watching our demo on the Visa spoken integration that will greatly improve the way to spe are processed
